This system features a single layer of epoxy/primer followed by a protective urethane topcoat. This build up of two coatings strengthens the epoxy bond allowing for your floor to resist acids/chemicals, abrasions, hot/cold temperatures, dirt and grim from foot traffic, fluid spills and anything else you might get on your floor! It features and easy to clean surface using a mop or wet-vac. This coating is ideal for warehouses studios, basements, storage areas, retail showrooms and any other residential flooring that is concrete based.

Note: Please note that VOC laws have recently changed. If you are located in one of these states we will manually fill your order with the Low VOC version which is VOC compliant by EPA standards and adjust the price accordingly when processed. CA, CT, DE, IL, IN, MD, MA, ME, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, KY and all of Canada.

The Commando Coat 200X - 3 Layer Epoxy Flooring Kit is a commercial grade three layer high performance coating system. This kit features a single layer of epoxy primer, single layer of epoxy coating, and standard topcoat along with our decorative flooring chips. This 3 layer floor system is ideal for commercial or home use where the floor is subject to daily use and activity. The 3 layer build up provides you with the a super durable floor that can withstand high impact falls, chemicals, cleaners, car fluids, any other substance that might get onto your floor. It features and easy to clean surface using a mop or wet-vac. This coating is ideal for garages, repair shops, warehouses, and any other flooring that is concrete based. The decorative chips (optional) will hide imperfections and give you floor that wow factor!

• Basecoat - 100% Solids High Build Epoxy Coating

We give you everything you need to properly install your epoxy coating.

The Commando Coat 300X - Chemical and Acid Resistant Epoxy Novolac Coating Kit is a two layer acid and chemical resistant novolac coating system. Simply enter your desired square footage amount and the price will automatically be calculated.

This system features a single layer of enhanced epoxy novolac primer followed by a single layer of novolac topcoat. This 2 layer floor coating system is ideal for use in hostile environments where chemical/acid resistance is of the utmost importance. We suggest using this on chemical factories, breweries, wineries, distilleries, processing plants, battery storage rooms, chrome plating facilities, and other similar applications.

This 2 layer coating is specifically designed for application where splash/spill of acids, chemicals, and solvents occur frequently. The 2 layer build up strengthens your floor by allowing the primer ”grip” to the concrete and then letting the topcoat bond to the primer resulting in a super strong build of highly effective floor coatings. This floor can also withstand normal wear and tear, impact falls, PH cleaners, fluids, any other substance that might get onto your floor. It is super easy to clean, just use a mop or wet vac and have you floor looking like new in no time.

Commando Coat 400X - Super Thick Slurry Coating Kit

Product Description

The Commando Coat 400X - Super Thick Slurry Coating Kit is an aggregate-enhanced, 4-component urethane slurry epoxy. Simply enter your desired square footage amount and the price will automatically be calculated.

This coating can withstand extremely high/low temperatures and is thermal shock proof providing a great coating for hot wash down areas. This is our thickest and most durable coating system! It features self-leveling capabilities and is formulated for older/corroded floors where there are high levels of pitting and smoothing out the floor is a main focus.

This thick aggregate-enhanced coating is used by commercial food packagers and some of the country’s largest breweries, wineries, and distilleries. It is highly resistant to damage due to it’s 8,400 psi compressive strength (about twice the strength of concrete!). This product is one of the best long term flooring solutions on the market.

Kit Components:

• Urethane slurry cement epoxy kit (Part A, Part B, aggregate filler, and pigment pack)
• Acid/chemical resistant military grade 2-part protective topcoat.
• Broadcast media (Silica)

Instructions:

1. Mix up the contents of slurry kit (A, B, aggregate filler, and pigment pack)
2. Apply with gauge rake
3. While wet, broadcast silica sized “00” or “40” mesh until the floor begins to reject it. Application rate is appx. 10 lbs/kit, or ¼ lb/sq.ft. *We will send you the silica broadcast. For delivery please note these only come in 50lb bags.
4. Topcoat with the acid and chemical resistant military grade 2-part protective topcoat.

Notes:

• Commando Coat 400X is highly resistant to moisture and can be applied to a damp floor. Extremely resistant to thermal shock from steam and hot water cleaning. Acid/chemical resistant protective topcoat included.
• Commando Coat 400X requires the floor to be shot blasted for proper adhesion. Cannot be applied over existing coatings or tile. 
• Please note that you will need to add the pigment pack while you are mixing to tint the color of the epoxy. We supply you with the desired colored pigment pack. 
• Minimum sq.ft required to purchase is 800 square feet.
