Description
Pro Renew Wood and Concrete Resurfacer is a specially formulated eco-friendly textured liquid coating that can be applied to and wood or concrete surface to bring it back to life and avoid expensive replacement. This scientifically engineered formula is not a paint or stain, but a 1-part (no mixing) water based thick coating that is designed to be applied to wood or concrete surfaces that show imperfections and surface damage from weather conditions, sunlight exposure, moisture, cracks, mold, and discoloration. Pro Renew acts as a liquid resurfacing coating that ’sits’ on the surface but adheres tenaciously (unlike stains or paints that soak in, and epoxies that are not UV stable) and provides a brand new slip-resistant surface. Gives the effect of replacing at a fraction of the cost.
Available in 2 Gallon Kits. Lighter colors and older/more porous wood can yield less coverage. ‘Smooth’ high solids acrylic version is available for painting wood uprights, stairs and between boards. This product is available in 25 colors!
Please Note: This product is not recommended for areas that have standing water or where water does not drain properly. Contact our office for coatings for these types of areas. Pail contents 3.75 gals if not tinted, 4 gals with tint. Pro Renew Wood/Concrete Resurfacer is made in batches and color tints will vary slightly from batch to batch. Please make sure to order enough material for your entire job to avoid discoloration in future applications. If this color shift does occur, it can be corrected by putting on a coat of the Smooth Version).Pail contents 3.75 gals if not tinted, 4 gals with tint.
*2 coats are required for proper performance and warranty coverage. Please note that it is mandatory to use our special textured foam roller pad to apply for the warranty coverage.
Pro Renew Wood Primer is required for all applications to wood in order to obtain the lifetime warranty. Please use our Use our Pro Flash Bond Primer for composite (Trex type) decking.

Description
The Pro Renew Wood/Concrete Primer is single coat, super thick wood surface primer. The primer is manufactured to provide a strengthened bond to your wooden deck, patio, walkway or any wood outdoor surface. Simply mix in a can and roll on like regular paint. Let the paint dry to the touch and then apply the Pro Renew Wood/Concrete Resurfacer. This product also comes in a smooth version that has less grit and friction. Please contact us directly if you are interested.
Please Note: We highly suggest using this product as a primer to the Pro Renew Wood/Concrete Resurfacer. You do not need to use this primer on concrete surfaces.

Product Description
The Self Priming Chemical Resistant Epoxy Novolac Coating is a one layer 85% solids acid and chemical resistant novolac coating primer. This coating is single layer of enhanced epoxy novolac that offers great substrate penetration and low odor. Ideal usage as a primer for use in hostile environments where chemical/acid resistance is of the utmost importance such as chemical factories, processing plants, battery storage rooms, chrome plating facilities, and other similar applications.
This 1 layer coating is specifically designed for application where splash/spill of acids, chemicals, and solvents occur frequently. It can also withstand normal wear and tear, impact falls, PH cleaners, fluids, any other substance that might get onto your floor. It is super easy to clean, just use a mop or wet vac and have you floor looking like new in no time.
We suggest using this with the as the primer/base coat with the Chemical Resistant Epoxy Novolac Topcoat.
Clear and custom color are available upon request. Bright colors such as red, yellow, HH white, and other lighter colors require greater pigmentation. Please inquire to find out pricing.
*Colors or gloss may be affected by high/low temperature, extreme lighting exposure. Clear version is available special order with UV inhibitors to prevent yellowing. Please call or email to order.

The Single Layer Epoxy Primer is a single layer solvent based epoxy primer. This product has superb chemical, abrasion, and substrate resistance allowing it to withstand most common cleaning chemicals, solvents, fluids and other debris that will get on your floor. It features and easy to clean surface using a mop or wet-vac.
This product comes pre-packaged by weight. All kits should be mixed in their entirety at a 1:1 ratio. You will be able to coat appx 250 sq/ft per gallon at 6 Mils thickness.
We suggest using this primer if you are looking for a multiple layer coated floor as this allows for the additional coat of epoxy to grip to the primer providing stronger bond.
Warning: This product does have an odor so we suggest that other members of the facility you are installing this product in clear the area.

UV Resistant Polyurethane Topcoat

Product Description
The UV Resistant Polyurethane Topcoat is a one component polyurethane floor coating/sealer that works well against chemicals, car fluids, and household cleaning agents. It features good UV stability and is proven weather tough.
This product features a user friendly 1 step process. Simply open the package, mix in the aggregate thoroughly and begin to coat. Be sure to mix every couple of minutes as the aggregate will not suspend for periods of time and will want to fall to the bottom of the mixture. You will be able to coat appx 400-800 sq/ft per gallon at 2-4 mils thick.
It can be used as a topcoat with most other Epoxy Central base and primer coatings and will add an extra protected non slip layer to your floor to help withstand the wear and tear it receives. You can choose to add decorative flecks to your flooring system. Simply add decorative flecks into the epoxy or primer before applying this coating to add texture, hide imperfections and give your floor that wow factor! Choose from hundreds of color variations
Note: This product only comes in clear.
*If you would like to add more texture to your floor coating please make sure to buy the ultra-wear which is a nonskid additive that gets mixed into this topcoat. Simply pour 1 can per Gallon and mix throughly into your topcoat mixture. Make sure to mix every couple of minutes as the non-skid will fall to the bottom of the mixture.
