High Solids Low Odor Urethane Topcoat

The High Solids Low Odor Urethane Topcoat is a three component high solids aliphatic urethane floor finish that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering and UV stability. It has little to no odor making it a great topcoat for areas that require LOW VOCs and is legal for use in all 50 states.

This product comes in a kit with Part A & B and includes a pack of non skid Additive. Product is clear and is tintable with a urethane color pack. To make a color, you must make a selection on checkout and mix in the pack when mixing the product. Use 1 pint of color for each gallon of topcoat.

DO NOT APPLY THIS COATING WITHOUT FIRST USING A PRIMER OR BASECOAT.

For thin mil systems please use the Single Layer Epoxy Primer Low VOC in clear for clear coating OR in a color that matches the color pack of this product. 

For high build systems please use 100% Solids High Build Coating in a matching color for the base coat.

Available in two sizes 1 gallon & 4 gallon. Coverage is approximately 500 sq ft/gal @ 3.2 mils wet.

Color packs available for this product line are white, off white, light gray, medium gray, charcoal gray, tile red, tan, light blue and blue
