Description
This concrete prep tool will attach to any standard floor buffer to remove adhesives, mastic, paint, epoxies, dirt, grime and any other substance on your floor. This can be used an alternative method for floor preping instead of acid etching, diamond grinding (3-phase), or shot blasting.
The patented metallic blades are affixed to special plats that fit standard floor buffers. A #100 diamond grit tool (#25 grit is more aggressive. Available for special order) is bonded to metallic backing and assembled to a flexible, spring-steel blade. The flexible blade allows the diamond to remain in constant contact with the floor, maximizing the tools effectiveness.
New diamond particles are continuously exposed, retaining sharp edges throughout the life of the tool. This is a great DIY tool for an easy solution for your floor preparation needs.
This tool can be used on wet or dry surfaces!

Acid Etch

Description
Acid-Safe etching kit is an environmentally safe alternative to using muriatic acid etch which can cause skin irritation and adverse reactions in certain people. This amazing new product has all the cleaning power of powerful acids but with 90% less fumes and odors. If EC Acid Etch comes in contact with your skin it will not cause burns. This product works great for preparing concrete floors before installing epoxy coatings without the mess of diamond grinding or shot blasting. It can also be used as safe alternative cleaner for tile.
This Kit includes 2 lbs of high performance TSP powder, 1 gallon of eco-friendly concentrated etching solution (dilute 2-5 parts water to 1 gal of EC Acid Etch). We also include a brush and gloves (for extra protection!). Coverage will vary but approximate usage levels range from 300-600 sq/ft per Kit.
Note: If concrete floors have had previous floor coatings installed please contact us for best recommendation of prepping method as acid etching might not suffice.

Flexible Joint Sealer

Product Description
The flexible joint sealer is a two component hybrid containing both urethane and epoxy to provide a resilient filler for expansion joints and large cracks on concrete floors, garages, parking decks, highways, bridges, and marine applications. This product works great for filling those tough to cover joints that you want to make seamless. It comes two parts: a black component and a white component so proper mixing can be easily observed.
For larger joints, use foam ‘backer rod’ to support the joint filler.
